Shadow is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Johnny B. Goode. Leon Lance has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lance will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lance's jab looks to have found its range, popping Shadow under the eye.
Lance misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Shadow.
Nice uppercut lands for Lance. That snapped Shadow's head back.

It looks like Johny Shadow has been cut.
Lance looks to land a combination but Shadow avoids it well.
Lance throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Shadow sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Leon Lance seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shadow bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lance darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Lance on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Lance throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Shadow sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Lance throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lance dips to his left and cracks Shadow with an uppercut!
Lance throws the left hand but Shadow avoids the punch easily.
Shadow lands a nice shot that snaps Lance's head back.

It looks like Leon Lance has been cut.
A swing and a miss from Lance.

Shadow uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lance.

Lance lands a left and a right that send Shadow crashing to the mat, dazed. Lance thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Shadow is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Shadow shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Shadow is still on wobbly legs! Can Lance finish him?
Shadow throws a body punch but Lance moves out of range.
Shadow slips under a jab from Lance.

Lance lands a left and a right that send Shadow crashing to the mat, dazed. Lance thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Lance looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Lance slips a straight right by Shadow.
Lance fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Shadow is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Lance moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
