The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slayer tries to land a front kick but Troy steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Slayer fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Troy.
Troy takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Slayer fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Troy looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Troy is looking to land body kicks.
Troy wants to slow Slayer down by chopping away at his legs.
Troy misses the shot to the body.
Slayer scores with a leg kick.
Troy throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Slayer sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Troy tests Slayer's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Troy steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Slayer. That one must have hurt.
Nice uppercut lands for Slayer. That snapped Troy's head back.

It looks like Hektor Troy has been cut.
Troy swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Slayer counters with a takedown into side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Slayer wants to control but Troy is keeping him busy.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Troy takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
You can see the frustration on Troy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Slayer has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Troy tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Troy is aggressively charging in as Slayer backs up avoiding any damage. Slayer tosses out a jab and Troy runs right into it face first! Troy is out cold! Slayer dropped down on all fours and is barking in Troy's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
