Friedlander comes into the arena with Bring Me to Life blaring out of the sound system. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Berg gets in close and instigates a clinch.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Berg is trying to stick to Friedlander 's back but Friedlander is turning into Berg. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Berg's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Friedlander .
Berg wants to stand and escape but Friedlander is having none of it.
Friedlander wants to control from the top but Berg keeps moving.
Berg seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
