The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Daniels is fending him off so far but Silva persists. Nope, Daniels circles away and we're back to standing.
Daniels darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Silva dives in and grabs Daniels's left leg, looking for a takedown. Daniels pushes down on Silva's head and hops out.
Silva ducks right into an uppercut from Daniels.
It looks like Ayrton Silva has been cut.
Daniels keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Jack Daniels has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ayrton Silva.
Daniels lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
