The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo fails with a takedown attempt.
Halo fails to land the takedown.
Halo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Herman as he jumps to the side.
Lay Herman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Arthur Halo.
Herman looks for the body kick but Halo saw that one coming.

Halo shoots in and gets a takedown into Herman's guard.
Herman lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Halo!
Herman lands a big shot there that rocks Halo but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Halo tries to lock up and control but Herman gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Halo is bucking up trying to escape but Herman cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Herman lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
