Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Young Gu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Kahne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!

With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ken Kahne!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kahne bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Gu enables Kahne to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Gu manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Young Gu.

Young Gu decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
