Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ravishing Joaquin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce Disgracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Paulo Santos and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Joaquin shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Disgracie napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Disgracie is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Ravishing Joaquin wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Disgracie tries a head kick but it misses.

Joaquin feints and as Disgracie raises his hands in defense, Joaquin changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Ravishing Joaquin has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Joaquin throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Disgracie tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Joaquin is in Disgracie's guard.

Disgracie working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Joaquin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Joaquin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ravishing Joaquin.

Disgracie dives in and scores a takedown into Joaquin's guard.

Joaquin had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Disgracie defends it easily.

Joaquin is looking to improve his position.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Disgracie throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Disgracie working over Joaquin with some ground and pound. Joaquin looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Joaquin has hold of Disgracie's hands but Disgracie slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Royce Disgracie will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Disgracie shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Disgracie slips a nice elbow through Joaquin's hands, connecting with Joaquin's forehead.
Disgracie takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Disgracie is nestled in close to Joaquin, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Oh Joaquin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Disgracie lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Joaquin quite badly. Joaquin pulls Disgracie in close trying to recover. Disgracie postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Joaquin on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Joaquin doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
