Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nando De Leeuw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Syd Datsik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Datsik's choice of entrance music: Let The Rhythm Hit Em. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Leeuw scores with a leg kick.
De Leeuw scores with a jab to the head.
De Leeuw blocks a jab.
De Leeuw fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
De Leeuw bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Datsik takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
A jab from Datsik misses.
De Leeuw with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Datsik ducks down and throws a hook to the body but De Leeuw moves away.
De Leeuw fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Datsik looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A nice inside leg kick there by De Leeuw . That's going to slow Datsik down.
De Leeuw fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Datsik.
De Leeuw throws a series of punches but Datsik moves out of range.
De Leeuw steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Datsik.
Datsik misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Datsik will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
De Leeuw avoids the body shot from Datsik.

Datsik has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

De Leeuw feints and then cracks Datsik's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Datsik down.
Datsik takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Datsik's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Datsik throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
De Leeuw uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Datsik.
Datsik chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before De Leeuw can pounce on him.
Datsik lands a really nice looking cross but De Leeuw seems unphased.

Datsik catches De Leeuw with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

De Leeuw is rocked!
Datsik lands a big right hook! De Leeuw looks hurt but is still standing! Datsik lands a left jab and another right hook! This time De Leeuw falls down and Datsik dives in with a huge hammer fist! De Leeuw 's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Datsik runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
