Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marc Lewis Dillinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pozar Pozar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pozar has chosen z Buta Wjeżdzam as his entrance music. Marc Lewis Dillinger could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Pozar Pozar's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marc Lewis Dillinger!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pozar Pozar!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Dillinger misses.

Pozar gets the takedown into side control.
Pozar in side control, throwing shots but Dillinger defends.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dillinger is looking to regain half guard here but Pozar keeps moving and retains side control.

Pozar decides to stand back up. Pozar steps back and let's Dillinger get back to his feet.
Pozar dips to his left and cracks Dillinger with an uppercut!

Dillinger moves into the clinch.
Our sources have told us that Dillinger has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.

Pozar breaks the clinch.
Pozar will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dillinger misses with a head kick.
Pozar goes for a double leg but Dillinger avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Dillinger continues to drive forward.

Pozar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dillinger really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Pozar working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Dillinger is looking to stand up but Pozar isn't so interested in that idea.

Pozar shoots in for a takedown but Dillinger shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Dillinger bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Pozar tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Dillinger manages to move to mount!
Pozar is looking to improve his position but Dillinger isn't that keen on the idea.

Dillinger fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pozar tries to lock up and control but Dillinger gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Pozar is trying desperately to improve position.

Dillinger swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Pozar is now in Dillinger's guard. A big mistake from Dillinger there, giving up the dominant position!

Dillinger is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pozar defends well.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Pozar is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pozar tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Pozar connects with a leg kick. Dillinger looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

It looks like Marc Lewis Dillinger has been cut.
Dillinger throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Dillinger takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Pozar changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dillinger tries to avoid it but Pozar manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dillinger to the ground. Dillinger escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dillinger throws a hook but Pozar avoids it easily.

Pozar tries to sprawl but Dillinger drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Dillinger is trying to control. Pozar wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Pozar has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Dillinger is on him like a limpet, forcing Pozar back against the cage.
Dillinger goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Pozar manages to break the clinch.

Pozar closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dillinger did well to prevent Pozar getting side control.

Pozar wants to free his trapped foot but Dillinger is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Pozar is working for a submission of some sort.
Dillinger tries to kick Pozar off but Pozar keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Pozar seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Pozar is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Dillinger sees it coming and defends easily.

Pozar Pozar is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Pozar is positioning himself well to prevent Dillinger advancing to mount.

Well Pozar has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
