The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dalton avoids the body shot from Bumgardner.

Bumgardner instigates a clinch.

Bumgardner pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bumgardner ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Dalton wants to clinch.
Bumgardner misses with a series of wild punches.
Bumgardner tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Bumgardner looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dalton has hold of Bumgardner's hands but Bumgardner slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Bumgardner tries to stand and escape but Dalton is controlling the position.
Bumgardner thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Dalton's head.

Bumgardner is nestled in close to Dalton, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Oh Dalton is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dalton is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bumgardner lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Dalton quite badly. Dalton pulls Bumgardner in close trying to recover. Bumgardner postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Dalton on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Dalton doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
