The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Small throws a solid leg kick but Sobers takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Small.
Small throws a hook to the side of Sobers's head but Sobers sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sobers misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Small.

A nice inside leg kick there by Sobers. That's going to slow Small down.
Sobers dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Sobers feints and then cracks Small's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Small down.

Small's coach down at Soul Supremacy - UK was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Small's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Small's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sobers connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Small scrambles back to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Small shoots in for a double leg but Sobers sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Garfield Sobers opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
