Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Zurab Sergeev!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sergeev will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Sloppy strikes from Sergeev. Those never looked like landing.
Dick closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sergeev circles away.
Sergeev keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Dick changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sergeev tries to avoid it but Dick manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sergeev to the ground. Sergeev escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nick Dick. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Dick throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sergeev tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dick is in Sergeev's guard.

Dick knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sergeev on the ground.

Dick has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sergeev to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Dick is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sergeev pulls down on the head and he's put Dick to sleep! This one is all over!
