The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saari avoids the head kick by Chulainn.
Chulainn drops his hands momentarily and Saari takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

It looks like Ci Chulainn has been cut.
Saari has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Chulainn throws a poor cross that misses
and Saari counters with a left to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Chulainn. Saari does a little dance to reset his feet.
Chulainn walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
The fighters circling - Chulainn throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Saari ducks under a wild hook from Chulainn.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Chulainn uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Saari.

Chulainn swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Saari lands with a hook. Chulainn tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Oooooh!!! Saari has knocked Chulainn down with a huge combo! Saari steps away and waves a wobbly Chulainn back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Chulainn is still on wobbly legs! Can Saari finish him?

That has opened up Ci Chulainn's cut even more.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Saari throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Chulainn stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Saari moves into the clinch.
Saari blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Nice body punch from Saari.
Chulainn looks winded!
Come on Saari - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Saari throws a big uppercut that drops Chulainn! More strikes from Saari and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Chulainn lies dazed against the cage as Saari celebrates with his cornermen!
