Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matt Browne!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Franklyn Lucas and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Browne shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bradford manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Bradford is pulling down on Browne's head. It's preventing any offense from Browne, at least for the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Browne tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Bradford counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Browne's guard now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bradford accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Bradford is working for a kimura but Browne is defending it quite comfortably.

Bradford is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Browne doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bradford.
