Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Blunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Knott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harry Blunder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jake Knott!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blunder fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Knott to the ground. Blunder is now in Knott's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Knott wants to stand but Blunder is controlling the position.
Knott manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Knott manages to break the clinch.
Knott avoids the head kick by Blunder.
Blunder drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blunder has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Knott tries to land a front kick but Blunder steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Blunder throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Blunder on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Blunder is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Blunder doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Knott uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Knott fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Blunder, pushing him back against the cage.
Knott drags the fight down to the ground.
Blunder trying to control the position from guard on top but Knott is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Knott manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Knott blocks a low kick nicely.
Knott misses with a few strikes there.

Blunder throws a sloppy head kick and Knott moves out of range easily.
Blunder throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Knott checks the leg kick nicely there.
Knott scores with a head kick. Blunder tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Knott has Blunder up against the cage in a clinch.
Blunder has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Knott uses from the top position.
Knott drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Knott jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Knott controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Blunder is looking for a sweep. Knott is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Knott prevents Blunder from getting the reversal.
Knott has control of Blunder's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Blunder regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Knott tries to control but Blunder wriggling away.
Knott goes for an armbar but Blunder turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Blunder.

Blunder prevents Knott from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Knott manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Blunder doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Knott breaks from the clinch.
Blunder throws a nice outside leg kick.
Knott's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Blunder connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Knott scrambles back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fight stays on the outside here - Blunder looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Knott closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Blunder's guard.

Blunder throws a right hand that Knott ducks under and follows up with a left that Knott also avoids with ease.

Blunder throws a low kick but it's checked well by Knott.
Blunder is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Blunder misses with the combination.

Knott's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Blunder closes the distance and pushes Knott back into the cage.

Knott manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Knott has hold of Blunder's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Blunder tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Knott cranks the arm and Blunder screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Blunder, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
