Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aslan Bagrian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sahko Zelenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bagrian might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Justin Bieber - Baby. Sahko Zelenko has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Aslan Bagrian's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Zelenko misses
and Bagrian counters with a nice uppercut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

so Bagrian counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Bagrian wants to control from the top but Zelenko keeps moving.

Bagrian drops back looking for a leg! Zelenko is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Zelenko manages to kick Bagrian off! Bagrian jumps back into Zelenko's guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Zelenko can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Bagrian stands up over Zelenko, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Bagrian stands and throws Zelenko's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Bagrian looks up at the clock and then as Zelenko takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Bagrian smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Bagrian really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Zelenko is not content to let Bagrian control the position.
Bagrian is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Zelenko is trying to escape and Bagrian transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Zelenko is forced to tap! Nice work there by Bagrian! Very nice indeed!
