Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mikal Helio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shinichi Onizuka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Helio comes into the arena with Brazil National Anthem blaring out of the sound system. Onizuka is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Nate Dogg - First We Pray. Shinichi Onizuka has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helio changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Onizuka looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Onizuka is trying to control Helio's posture but Helio avoids it.
Onizuka is trying to get back to half guard.
Onizuka is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Onizuka tries to buck Helio off but Helio is having none of it.
Helio cracks Onizuka with a big right hand but Onizuka just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Onizuka is trying to improve his position.
Helio trying to control the position but Onizuka is working away.
Onizuka is looking for a sweep.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Helio creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Onizuka sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Helio cracks Onizuka with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Helio wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Onizuka, who protects the arm well.
Helio has an Americana. Onizuka didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Helio is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Helio hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
