Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Kermodian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sioux Sie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kermodian comes to the cage accompanied by Arctic Monkeys - Mardy Bum. Sioux Sie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kermodian is defended easily by Sie.
Sie scores with a nice body kick.
Sie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kermodian throws out the jab.

Kermodian takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Sie throws a quick inside leg kick.
Sie lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Sie pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kermodian back to the cage. Sie follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Sie bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kermodian's head backwards.

Sie slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Sioux Sie showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Sie throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kermodian stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Sie is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kermodian is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Sie catches Kermodian with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Sie keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kermodian's head.

Well Sie has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
