Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vince Noir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sanji Sanpun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Noir comes to the cage accompanied by Gary Numan - Are Friends Electric . Sanpun has chosen Snacktime - Barenaked Ladies as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanpun connects with a single shot there.
Sanpun lands a front kick.
Noir falls off balance throwing a combination
and Sanpun counters with a leg kick.
Noir ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sanpun moves away.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sanpun, as that shot connected.
Noir uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sanpun.
Sanpun tries to work over Noir's front leg with a kick but Noir checks it.
Sanpun connects with an inside leg kick.
Sanpun connects with a solid leg kick.
Noir comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Sanji Sanpun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sanpun throws a sloppy head kick and Noir moves out of range easily.
No joy there for Noir, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Noir is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sanpun's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sanpun's back!
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Noir's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
