The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danky uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sarpong.
Danky missing with a left hand there. Sarpong was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Danky avoids the head kick by Sarpong.
Sarpong fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Danky is out of range.
Sarpong tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Danky manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Sarpong scores with a nice strike.
Danky avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sarpong goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Dom Danky has been cut.

Sarpong tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Danky is able to avoid easily.
Sarpong lands a nice looking body kick.
Sarpong throws a solid leg kick but Danky takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Sarpong.

Sarpong fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Danky avoids it really well and circles away.
Sarpong fails to land the takedown.

Sarpong chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Danky can pounce on him.
Sarpong misses with a low kick as Danky jumps back.
Danky scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Sarpong doesn't seem bothered though.
Sarpong slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Danky bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Sarpong's head backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sarpong looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Sarpong throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Sarpong misses the shot to the body.
Sarpong throws a low kick, looking for Danky's leg but Danky calmly moves out of range.

Danky misses with a hook from the clinch.
