Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Fulton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grim Reaper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grim Reaper has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Pedro Fulton's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reaper moves out of range as Fulton throws a body kick.
Reaper closes the distance looking to clinch

and Fulton counters by moving into the clinch.

Fulton manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Reaper accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Reaper looking to sit in guard and control but Fulton gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Fulton has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Reaper is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Fulton throws a big right hand that misses.
Reaper is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Fulton wants to stand but Reaper is controlling his posture from full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Reaper can do anything to dispel that myth.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fulton trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Reaper is working an open guard so Fulton takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Fulton gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Fulton tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Reaper is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Fulton buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Fulton!! Fulton is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Reaper throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
