Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Georgio Socrates (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Murray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Socrates's entrance music is Tool - Schism. A fine choice. Georgio Socrates has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murray lands with a straight right. Socrates didn't see that one coming.

Murray throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Socrates tries for a takedown but Murray sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Horrible takedown by Socrates or perhaps it was just good defense by Murray which made him look bad.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Georgio Socrates.
I think Socrates has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
