Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Tsoi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Tsoi might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Zvezda po Imeni Solnce. Hammer has chosen Slippin as his entrance music. Viktor Tsoi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jack Hammer's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A nice leg kick lands there from Tsoi.
Tsoi buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Tsoi tries to score with a low kick but Hammer moves his leg out of the way.

Hammer checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Hammer throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tsoi was covering up waiting for the punch and Hammer finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Tsoi is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hammer is aware though and is defending well.

Hammer sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Tsoi connects with a leg kick. Hammer looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Tsoi.

Hammer throws an overhand right that lands on Tsoi's shoulder, as Tsoi tries to avoid the shot.
Tsoi fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hammer is out of range.

Hammer just misses with a punch to the body.

Tsoi connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Hammer takes a swing at Tsoi's ribcage but misses.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tsoi throws the kick towards the body but Hammer avoids it.
Tsoi takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hammer closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Tsoi's guard.

We've been hearing good reports from Tsoi's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Tsoi lands a nice leg kick that just misses Hammer's sensitive parts.
Hammer moves out of range as Tsoi throws a body kick.
Tsoi attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Hammer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Tsoi can't do much from the bottom here.
Tsoi takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Tsoi is trying to control Hammer's posture but Hammer avoids it.
Hammer has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Hammer throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Tsoi has his hands clasped together but Hammer breaks the hold and Tsoi is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Hammer!

A very excited looking Jack Hammer rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
