Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dustin Hennings (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Temitope Obama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hennings comes to the cage accompanied by Braveheart Theme. Temitope Obama will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hennings darts in looking for a takedown but Obama gets double underhooks and turns Hennings into the cage.

Obama pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Obama scores with a nice head shot.
Temitope Obama seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Obama throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Obama is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Obama swinging wildly here.
Obama lands a nice looking body kick.
Hennings tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hennings has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Hennings tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Obama paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Obama displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hennings.
Obama delivers a nice body kick.
Obama lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Obama lands with a slapping head kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A head kick misses from Hennings.

Obama connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Hennings misses with a double jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Obama throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hennings on the side of the head.
Hennings closes this distance looking for a takedown but Obama circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dustin Hennings. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Obama scores with a punch to the head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hennings looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Obama works over Hennings's head and body with a nice combination.
Hennings slips a jab and a cross from Obama.
A left and a right from Obama both land. Nice combination.

Oh Hennings is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hennings seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Obama shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Hennings is backing up but Obama catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Hennings covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Obama Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Temitope Obama!
After winning the bout, Temitope Obama thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Dustin Hennings was interviewed post fight and said 'I will come back better and stronger.'.
