Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Josh Levan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adrian McMullen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Levan throws a sloppy head kick and McMullen moves out of range easily.
Levan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

and McMullen counters with a shoot takedown. Levan fights it but they end up in guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

McMullen slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
McMullen tries to score with some ground and pound. Levan controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

McMullen tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McMullen has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

McMullen is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Levan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Levan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McMullen on the ground.

McMullen has hold of Levan's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Levan tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - McMullen cranks the arm and Levan screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Levan, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
