Johnson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Capwell doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Capwell manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Capwell working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Capwell keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Johnson's head.

Johnson seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Johnson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Capwell stacks Johnson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Capwell!
