The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kwiecinski keeps the fight on the outside.
Kwiecinski throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Aventador looks to land a combination. Kwiecinski sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Aventador uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kwiecinski.
Kwiecinski throws a looping overhand right but Aventador ducks down to avoid it.
January Kwiecinski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kwiecinski rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Aventador moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Aventador fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kwiecinski throws a series of punches but Aventador avoids them all with ease.

Kwiecinski swats away the attempt to clinch by Aventador.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kwiecinski, as that shot connected.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Aventador fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kwiecinski manages to avoid it.

Kwiecinski lands with a hook. Aventador tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Aventador moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Aventador lands a big uppercut and Kwiecinski crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kwiecinski looks OK. Aventador waves Kwiecinski back to his feet!

Aventador will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Kwiecinski up against the cage.

Kwiecinski is trying to push Aventador away but Aventador has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Aventador fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Kwiecinski tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Aventador lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Kwiecinski backwards.

Aventador digs a right hand underneath Kwiecinski's ribcage. Kwiecinski let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Aventador lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
I was talking to Aventador's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Kwiecinski is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Aventador to keep the fight standing.
Kwiecinski tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Aventador smiles and moves away.
Lambo Aventador has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of January Kwiecinski.

It looks like January Kwiecinski has been cut.
Aventador swats away the attempt to clinch by Kwiecinski.
Kwiecinski is aggressively charging in as Aventador backs up avoiding any damage. Aventador tosses out a jab and Kwiecinski runs right into it face first! Kwiecinski is out cold! Aventador dropped down on all fours and is barking in Kwiecinski's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
