The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nichols misses with a series of wild punches.
Nichols fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nichols with a nice cross.
Nichols digs a good body shot into Dobczynski's ribs.
Dobczynski needs to keep his hands up - Nichols had a free shot at his head there.
Dobczynski showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nichols.
Dobczynski throws a head kick but Nichols moves out of range.
Nichols dips to his left and cracks Dobczynski with an uppercut!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dobczynski bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Dobczynski has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Nichols is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Dobczynski yanks on the arm and Nichols is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Dobczynski.
