Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ob Ma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trumi Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ma comes to the cage accompanied by Beck - Loser. Trumi Drake told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ma fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Drake sprawls well initially but Ma persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Drake trying to control but Ma postures up.
Ma stalling.
Ma has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Drake defend it? Ma steps over the head and cranks it - Drake is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Ma!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ob Ma!
Ob Ma decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
