The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pu throws a series of punches but Grant avoids them all with ease.
Pu fails with an attempt to clinch.
Pu lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Grant at a distance.
Nice shot lands for Pu.

Pu lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Pu connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pu scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Rudy Pu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pu cracks Grant with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Grant takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Grant's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Pu connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Grant scrambles back to his feet.
Pu jabs Grant to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Grant takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Pu lands a nice hook to Grant's body. Grant takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Grant gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Pu.

Pu has closed the distance and engaged Grant in a clinch.
Grant misses with the head strike.

The crowd cheers as Pu lands an impressive looking overhand right. Grant doesn't seem phased though.

A decent looking cross lands there for Pu.
Pu swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Grant.
Pu connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Grant momentarily.

Pu cracks Grant with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Grant looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Pu finish him?

Grant is rocked!

OH! Grant has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Pu smells blood and charges in for the finish! Pu unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Grant sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
