Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Greg Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Bohr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Greg Holt has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Max Bohr!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bohr closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Holt to the mat! Holt manages to get full guard.
Bohr has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Holt is proving hard to escape from.
Holt is trying to keep Bohr in close.
Holt wants to stand but Bohr is controlling the position.
Holt really is a fat lump.
Bohr controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Max Bohr wasn't active enough on the ground.

Bohr takes the fight into the clinch.

Holt's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Bohr throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Holt was covering up waiting for the punch and Bohr finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bohr must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Bohr is fighting to break Holt's control of his arms but Holt is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Bohr throws an elbow that misses. Holt uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bohr's guard. Nice move by Holt!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Holt changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bohr tries to avoid it but Holt manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bohr to the ground. Bohr escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Max Bohr showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Holt's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!

Bohr has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Holt uses from the top position.

Holt fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bohr avoids it really well and circles away.

Bohr slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Bohr has gone for a leg lock! Holt slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bohr's guard.

Holt wants to take a breather but Bohr is having none of it.
Greg Holt has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Max Bohr is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Bohr is looking to control Holt's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bohr avoid being mounted?

I would just about give that final round to Max Bohr.
Well Bohr has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
