Asos is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Spartan Grunt. Than Asos has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jon Rowe's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rowe moves into range and clinches up with Asos.
Asos tries to break free but Rowe pushes him back against the cage.
Rowe dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Asos tries to throw a body punch but Rowe avoids it by throwing Asos back against the cage.
Asos wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Rowe has him pressed against the cage.
Rowe really is a fat lump.

Rowe is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Asos can't fight it off and eventually Rowe manages to take the fight to the floor. Asos looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Rowe lands a couple of elbows.
Rowe not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Rowe stops Asos from standing up.
Rowe landing some decent shots from guard.

Rowe prevents Asos from getting back to his feet.
Rowe engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Rowe is standing up over Asos. Asos looks to escape but Rowe dives into side control.
Asos trying to remain calm as Rowe controls from the top position.
Rowe grinds an elbow into Asos's temple.
Rowe slows the pace down.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rowe in side control lands a decent elbow.

Rowe is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Asos looks calm but he's in trouble here. Rowe gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Asos is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Rowe lets go of the hold and Asos can pop his arm back in it's socket.
