Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vince Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Geodude Golem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Golem comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Geo dude geo geo dude kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Golem stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dixon.
Golem doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Golem misses with a two punch combination.
Vince Dixon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dixon closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Golem's guard.

Dixon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Golem circles away quickly and effectively.

Dixon throws a head kick but Golem moves out of range.
Golem will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Dixon throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Golem tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dixon is in Golem's guard.
Dixon connects with a couple of short punches.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Golem can do anything to dispel that myth.
Dixon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Golem swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dixon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Golem parries the strikes from Dixon easily there. Dixon is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Golem to escape.
Dixon cracks Golem with a big right hand but Golem just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Dixon works to advance to full mount. Golem defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Dixon! Golem is hurt baaadly! Dixon is firing away with more strikes - Golem is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
