Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ands Ono!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Sandra Marshall.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ono keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ojoos.
Ono's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Ojoos connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ono scrambles back to his feet.
Ojoos scores with a nice right hand.


It looks like Ands Ono has been cut.
A combination from Ojoos does no damage.

Ono drives through and clinches with Ojoos against the cage.
Ojoos is trying to pull guard but Ono has him pressed against the cage.

Ono wants the takedown. Ojoos is fighting it off but Ono persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Ojoos's guard against the cage.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Ojoos is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ono scores with a couple of nice shots.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ojoos manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Ono looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Ono looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ojoos with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Ono is posturing up here but Ojoos has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Ono tries to roll out but it's too tight and Ono has to tap! Slick submission there by Ojoos!
