PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hector Corpor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Helio Perrera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corpor comes into the arena with Can't Be Touched blaring out of the sound system. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Corpor avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Corpor goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Corpor clobbers Perrera with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Helio Perrera has been cut.
Perrera throws a hook to the side of Corpor's head but Corpor sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Hector Corpor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Perrera is looking for a kimura but Corpor is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Perrera to get the leverage.
Corpor knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Perrera on the ground.

Perrera is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Corpor can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Perrera is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Perrera hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
