Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ben Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Calvin Tate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beast kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Could you be loved. Ben Beast has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beast closes the distance and clinches up with Tate, looking for a takedown. Beast pushes Tate against the cage but Tate circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tate swings for the body but Beast moves out of range.
Tate tries to work over Beast's front leg with a kick but Beast checks it.
Tate misses with a body kick.

and Tate makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Beast uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Tate.

Tate lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Beast backs up against the cage.

Beast shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tate is trying to defend but Beast finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Beast connects with a nice short shot to Tate's temple.
