Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Domagoj Radas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksey Ermorov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ermorov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by General Ermolov in the Caucuses . Aleksey Ermorov looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radas scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Ermorov looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Ermorov shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Radas as he avoids it easily.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Radas. Ermorov shrugs it off though.
Ermorov displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Radas.
Ermorov is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Radas fails with the takedown

and Ermorov counters by clinching up.
A frustrated look appears on Radas's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Radas gets control of Ermorov's arms and successfully pulls guard. Radas will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Ermorov prevents Radas from getting back to his feet.
Ermorov is fighting to break Radas's control of his arms but Radas is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Radas wants to sweep but no luck.

Radas had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ermorov defends it easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Radas is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Radas can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ermorov controls the pace.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Radas tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ermorov swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Radas leaves Ermorov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Radas looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Radas dives in and grabs Ermorov's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ermorov pushes down on Radas's head and hops out.

Radas shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ermorov's guard.

Radas wants to pass the guard but Ermorov is defending well.

Radas is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ermorov is just riding it out for now. Radas eventually gives up the hold.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Radas is just content to waste time from the top position. Ermorov takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Radas prevents Ermorov from getting back to his feet.
Radas wants to pass the guard but Ermorov is keeping the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Ermorov tries to keep at a distance but Radas has taken the fight into the clinch.

Ermorov wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Radas has him pressed against the cage.
Radas is pressed up against the cage. Ermorov has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Radas down to the mat. Radas avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
We've been informed that Ermorov has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Radas lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Radas's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Radas dives in and grabs Ermorov's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ermorov pushes down on Radas's head and hops out.

Radas bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ermorov lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Radas is looking to control Ermorov's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Radas avoid being mounted?
Radas wants to improve his position but Ermorov is controlling well.
Radas tries to kick Ermorov off in order to stand up. Ermorov Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Ermorov moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Radas has worked his arm free - good work by Radas!
Radas gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Radas has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ermorov is working away from the top position though.
Aleksey Ermorov has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Domagoj Radas is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Ermorov thows a huge punch but Radas dodges it nicely.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Domagoj Radas.
Well Radas has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
