The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Holt shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pargrathian pinned against the cage. Pargrathian gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Holt doesn't succeed with the takedown
so Pargrathian counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Pargrathian working some strikes from top position.
Pargrathian working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Pargrathian lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Pargrathian postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Holt is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pargrathian arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Holt's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
