Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Krayzie Bone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, JeongTaek Lee!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Bart Greer and Michael Johnstone.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bone lands with a kick to the temple. Lee shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Bone misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Lee fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bone to the ground. Lee is now in Bone's guard.
Lee's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Bone working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lee.
Lee controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Bone is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Bone looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Bone moves into the clinch.
Lee goes for a takedown attempt but Bone pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
A nice inside leg kick there by Bone. That's going to slow Lee down.
Bone scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
A swing and a miss from Lee.
Bone defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lee.
Bone connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Lee will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Krayzie Bone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of JeongTaek Lee.
Bone shoots for a double leg takedown but Lee sprawls well. He's pushed Bone's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lee tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bone manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Bone gets underhooks to prevent Lee's takedown attempt.
Lee wants to take the fight to the mat but Bone manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Bone throws a front kick that sends Lee stumbling back into the cage.

The fight stays on the outside here - Lee looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bone fails to land the takedown.
Bone moves in looking to clinch but Lee pushes him off.
Bone throws a head kick that Lee semi-blocks.
Bone scoring well with a low kick there.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lee crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bone - the referee stops the clock and Lee gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bone. Lee manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Bone feints and then cracks Lee's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Lee down.

A head kick from Bone lands but Lee takes it in his stride.

Bone lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Lee's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Bone shoots for a double leg takedown but Lee sprawls well. He's pushed Bone's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bone lands a leg kick that knocks Lee off balance momentarily.
Bone moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Lee fails with a takedown attempt.
Lee takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Bone thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Lee if he has to take too many more of those.
Bone lands a nice leg kick that just misses Lee's sensitive parts.

Bone throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Lee's head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Lee closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lee lands in his opponent's guard.
Lee not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Lee shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bone defends it nicely.
Lee fails with a takedown attempt.
Bone delivers a nice body kick.
Bone throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Bone thuds his shin into the meat of Lee's side.
Bone swats away the attempt to clinch by Lee.
A chopping leg kick lands by Bone.
Bone thows a body kick. Lee tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bone throws a nice outside leg kick.
Lee is breathing heavily.

Bone lands with a kick to the ribs.
Bone dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lee. That did some damage!
Bone moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Bone throws a head kick that half lands.


Lee is rocked!
Bone connects with a single shot there.
Lee is still on wobbly legs! Can Bone finish him?
Lee takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Bone gets in close and instigates a clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bone lands with a thumping leg kick.
Lee seems to have recovered his senses.
Bone closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lee circles away.
Lee takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Lee shoots in and gets a takedown into Bone's guard.
Lee throws a big elbow that misses.
Lee is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Bone wants to stand and escape but Lee is having none of it.
Bone is trying to keep Lee in close.
Lee is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

JeongTaek Lee has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Lee tries to clinch up but Bone circles away and keeps his distance.
Bone throws a head kick that half lands.
Lee shoots for a takedown but Bone saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Bone.

Bone lands with a kick to the temple. Lee shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Lee moves in looking to clinch but Bone pushes him off.
Good leg kick by Bone there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bone fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lee.
Lee fails with a takedown attempt.

Bone darts in and clinches Lee up against the cage.
Bone lands a right hand that snaps the head of Lee backwards.
Lee jumps guard but Bone turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Bone breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lee has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Bone.
Bone goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bone plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Lee stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bone.
Lee shoots for a double leg takedown but Bone sprawls well. He's pushed Lee's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bone swats away the attempt to clinch by Lee.
Bone is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lee can do to turn this around?

A head kick from Bone lands but Lee takes it in his stride.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Bone lands a right hook to the body.
Lee goes for a double leg but Bone avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bone continues to drive forward.
Lee wants a takedown.

Bone manages to break the clinch.
Bone lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Bone slaps away a takedown attempt from Lee, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Lee takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Lee on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Lee keeps the fight on the outside.

Bone stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bone wants it to stay on the feet.
Lee takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Bone tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Lee fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bone avoids it really well and circles away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lee fails with a takedown attempt.
Bone doesn't manage to clinch there - Lee circles away.
Bone lands a jab to the nose.

Bone lands a damaging elbow.

Lee is trying to break free.

Bone gets control of Lee's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bone will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Lee looking to sit in guard and control but Bone gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Bone won't allow Lee to sweep him here.
Lee controls Bone momentarily but Bone frees himself.

Lee is working an open guard so Bone takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Lee steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Bone. That one must have hurt.

Bone has managed to clinch.
Lee jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bone walks away with a smile on his face. Lee gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Bone misses with a two punch combination.
Bone tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lee paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lee takes a kick to the side of the head.
Nice sprawl there from Bone as Lee shoots in.
Crunch! Bone slams his shin into Lee's torso.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bone misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bone, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
