The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Peter Branson and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delmas throws a head kick that misses
and Pelono counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Delmas is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Jab, jab by Delmas - just one landing.
Pelono is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Delmas lands with a good body shot.

Pelono should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Nice uppercut lands for Delmas. That snapped Pelono's head back.

Delmas lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Pelono tries to circle away but Delmas has him pinned against the cage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Delmas.
A frustrated look appears on Pelono's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Delmas pushes Pelono back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Pelono breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Delmas is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Delmas catches Pelono with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Good leg kick by Delmas there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pelono takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Pelono is rocked!
Delmas lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Pelono head around and knocks him out cold! Delmas hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
