The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heads throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and OConnell counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Heads misses with a jab, cross combination.
Heads scores with a one two! OConnell had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
OConnell lands with a thumping leg kick.
OConnell tries to score with a low kick but Heads moves his leg out of the way.
Heads goes for a double leg but OConnell avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as OConnell continues to drive forward.
Heads has had enough of the clinch but OConnell keeps him there for the moment.
Heads wants to break free but OConnell has control.
OConnell keeps control of Heads as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
OConnell will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Heads up against the cage.

Heads is looking to break free of the clinch but OConnell has double underhooks.

OConnell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Heads throws a right and a left that both miss.
OConnell shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Heads eats them both and turns towards OConnell to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Sloppy strikes from Heads. Those never looked like landing.

and OConnell makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

OConnell scores with a shot to the body.

OConnell digs a good body shot into Heads's ribs.
Donk. OConnell catches Heads right on the button with a cross.
OConnell lands with a straight right. Heads didn't see that one coming.
OConnell lands a jab to Heads's midsection.
OConnell throws a shot to the body.
OConnell misses with a low kick.
OConnell wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

OConnell lands a big uppercut and Heads crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Heads looks OK. OConnell waves Heads back to his feet!

Heads is rocked!
OConnell connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Heads out cold! This one is over in a flash!
