The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drone with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Brown to score with a decent uppercut.
Drone looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Drone takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Brown works Drone's body with a nice hook.
Brown lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brown lands with a good body shot.
Brown scores with a jab to the body.
Drone is breathing heavily.
Brown lands with a nice body punch.
Brown drops Drone with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Drone looks back up at him and smiles so Brown waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Drone throws a wild hook but Brown just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Drone gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Brown raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Paul Brown!
