The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round but I would say that Ernie The Giant will probably get the nod.

The Giant tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tonga paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tonga is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Tonga lands with a straight right. The Giant didn't see that one coming.
Tonga lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

The Giant fails in his attempt to clinch.
The Giant steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Tonga. That one must have hurt.
The Giant scores with a one two! Tonga had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Tonga scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Tonga takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Tonga lands a big head kick that sends The Giant tumbling to the mat! Tonga takes a step backwards and waves The Giant back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Oh The Giant is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The Giant walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles The Giant limp body while Tonga jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
