Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Salvador Dali!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Belt Hunter!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter throws a sloppy head kick and Dali moves out of range easily.

Hunter darts in and clinches Dali up against the cage.

Hunter pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Belt Hunter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hunter forces Dali back against the cage and clinches.

Hunter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dali throws a head kick that misses.
Hunter pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hunter throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dali.

Hunter gets a clinch.

Hunter breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hunter lands a right hook to the body.

Hunter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hunter throws a right and a left that Dali avoids nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dali tried to score with a low kick but Hunter checks it.
Hunter rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dali moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Hunter's coach down at NORSE FORCE VIKIGS was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hunter's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

It looks like Salvador Dali has been cut.
Dali is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oooooh!!! Hunter has knocked Dali down with a huge combo! Hunter steps away and waves a wobbly Dali back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Dali is rocked!

Dali moves forwards but Hunter connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Hunter breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Hunter rushes Dali and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Hunter's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Hunter darts in and clinches Dali up against the cage.

Hunter pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
An inside leg kick from Dali misses.
Hunter connects with a nice cross there... Dali is looking wobbly and Hunter recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Dali to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Hunter jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Belt Hunter!
Belt Hunter tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
