Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luiz Araujo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Romero Thiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Araujo comes into the arena with Who Shot Ya? blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thiago throws a body kick that misses.

Araujo shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Thiago manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Araujo wants to control from the top but Thiago keeps moving.
We've been hearing good reports from Araujo's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Araujo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Thiago swivels though and keeps the full guard.
