Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tom Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Louie De Armilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tom Moore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Louie De Armilly!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Moore misses with a body kick.
Moore throws a hook but De Armilly blocks it.
De Armilly moves out of range of the leg kick from Moore.
Moore tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
De Armilly takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
De Armilly takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Moore tries to clinch but De Armilly is having none of it.
A thudding body kick lands there by Moore!
Moore tries to work over De Armilly's front leg with a kick but De Armilly checks it.
De Armilly keeps the fight on the outside.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that De Armilly has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Moore throws a body kick that misses.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Moore looks to clinch

and De Armilly counters with a takedown into side control.

De Armilly creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Moore sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
De Armilly throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Moore works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
De Armilly throwing shots but Moore is blocking nicely.
De Armilly is pressing down on Moore's thigh, looking to free his foot. Moore is holding on for now.

De Armilly looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Moore tries to get to full guard but De Armilly has control of the leg.

De Armilly seems to be working for a kimura but Moore defends the submission attempt.
Moore looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
De Armilly is just content to waste time from the top position. Moore takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
De Armilly throws a big right hand that misses.
De Armilly trying to control the position from guard on top but Moore is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
De Armilly works over Moore with some ground and pound from guard.
De Armilly throws a strike but Moore rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Moore sitting in guard here, content to control.
Moore prevents De Armilly from getting back to his feet.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Tom Moore has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Moore throws a wild body kick that De Armilly sees coming a mile off.
De Armilly circles away from the clinch attempt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Moore throws a head kick but De Armilly moves out of range.
Moore tries to clinch but De Armilly moves out of range.

Moore is looking to clinch.
Moore misses with a head kick.
De Armilly checks a low kick from Moore.
De Armilly checks the leg kick.
Moore goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Moore is looking to clinch but De Armilly is avoiding it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
De Armilly uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Moore tries to clinch up.
De Armilly swats away the attempt to clinch by Moore.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Tom Moore will probably get the nod.
That's time! Moore's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Moore doesn't manage to clinch there - De Armilly circles away.
De Armilly moves out of range as Moore throws a body kick.
Moore fails in his attempt to clinch.
Moore walks into a left hand.
The fight stays on the outside here - Moore looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Moore looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Moore looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Moore tries to clinch but De Armilly is having none of it.
Moore throws the left hand but De Armilly avoids the punch easily.

and De Armilly counters with a stiff right hand.
Tom Moore is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Moore wants to clinch but De Armilly slips to the side

and De Armilly counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Moore!
De Armilly working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Moore takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Moore manages to work his way to half guard, despite De Armilly's best efforts.
De Armilly slips a nice elbow through Moore's hands, connecting with Moore's forehead.
De Armilly looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Moore with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
De Armilly is stalling here. Moore is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! De Armilly seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Moore has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

De Armilly wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
De Armilly is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Moore trying to control the action but De Armilly is working from the bottom.

Moore tries to move into full mount but can't pass De Armilly's legs.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Moore is working hard here to advance position.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Moore - that will leave a mark!
Moore doesn't manage to clinch there - De Armilly circles away.
Moore wants to clinch but De Armilly slips to the side
and De Armilly counters with a three punch combo that has Moore backing up. Moore nods at De Armilly to acknowledge the strikes.

Tom Moore is winning the standup battle so far.
Moore looks to clinch
enabling De Armilly to counter with a crisp jab.
Oh Moore is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fight stays on the outside here - Moore looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Moore seems to have got his legs back now.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Moore misses with an attempted mid kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Louie De Armilly showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Moore misses with a kick to the body.
Moore throws a leg kick but De Armilly moved away.
Moore with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling De Armilly to score with a decent uppercut.
Moore pulls out of a head kick attempt.

De Armilly looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
De Armilly not landing any meaningful shots this time.
De Armilly thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
De Armilly not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Moore avoiding damage under a succession of punches from De Armilly.

De Armilly is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Moore tries to clinch there but De Armilly circles away.

Moore gets caught napping as De Armilly dives in and scores a takedown. Moore manages to retain guard.
De Armilly throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Moore works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
De Armilly lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

De Armilly throws an elbow that misses. Moore uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in De Armilly's guard. Nice move by Moore!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that's the end of the fight!
Louie De Armilly comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think De Armilly has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
