Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Black Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Helge Fossmo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fossmo has chosen Helge Fossmo predikar as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fossmo felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Coleman feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Fossmo has his foot on Coleman 's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Coleman works his way back into a safe position though.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Coleman connects with a nice short shot to Fossmo's temple.

Coleman gets to his feet and stands over Fossmo, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Fossmo felt that one! Coleman unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Fossmo from any more punishment!
