Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Burrows (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bjorn Eriksson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burrows comes to the cage accompanied by My Herione. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bjorn Eriksson!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Paul Gruel and Ryoma Takatsuka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eriksson looks to throw the jab but Burrows is out of range.
Burrows looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Eriksson is fending him off so far but Burrows persists. Nope, Eriksson circles away and we're back to standing.
Burrows tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Eriksson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Burrows clinches up with Eriksson and pushes him back against the cage.
Burrows goes for a takedown in the clinch but Eriksson prevents it.
Eriksson is defending well against a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyler Burrows. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A short body shot lands from Eriksson as the two fighters clinch.
Burrows taking a breather.
Burrows is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Eriksson to keep the fight standing.

Eriksson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

and Burrows finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Burrows throws a body kick that misses.
Eriksson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Burrows walks into a straight right hand from Eriksson.
Burrows fails with the takedown.
Burrows shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Eriksson defends it nicely.
Burrows walks into a stiff left hand from Eriksson.
Eriksson circles away from the clinch attempt
and Burrows takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Burrows walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Burrows.
Bjorn Eriksson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Eriksson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Eriksson misses with a hook.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Burrows fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Tyler Burrows seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Eriksson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
A head kick misses from Burrows.
Burrows shoots in looking for a takedown but Eriksson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Burrows's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Eriksson sizes up Burrows with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Burrows shoots for a double leg takedown but Eriksson sprawls well. He's pushed Burrows's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Burrows is breathing heavily.
Burrows on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Eriksson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

It looks like Tyler Burrows has been cut.
Nice body punch from Eriksson.
Oh Burrows is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Burrows tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Eriksson scores with a counter punch that sends Burrows to the canvas! Eriksson smells blood - he's punishing Burrows with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Burrows has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
