Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Newman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesnar comes to the cage accompanied by Enae Volare Mezzo. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Bruno Lombardi and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab by Lesnar.
Nate Newman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Newman moves in looking to clinch but Lesnar pushes him off.
Newman tries to clinch but Lesnar is having none of it.
Newman blocks a jab.
Lesnar moves out of range of the body kick.
Newman fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Lesnar takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Newman has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Lesnar takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Newman tries to clinch but Lesnar is having none of it.
Newman swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Newman throws a half hearted mid kick.
Newman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lesnar.

Lesnar doesn't manage to clinch there - Newman circles away.
A left and a right from Lesnar both land. Nice combination.
Lesnar on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Good leg kick by Newman there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Newman misses with a double jab
and Newman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Newman throws a head kick that misses
and Lesnar counters with a stiff right hand.
Lesnar closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Newman did well to prevent Lesnar getting side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Newman wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Lesnar stops Newman from getting back to his feet.
Ground and pound from Lesnar.
Newman keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Lesnar will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Newman is trying to stand up here but Lesnar is controlling him well.
Lesnar in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Newman tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Lesnar!
