The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bulge lands a nice looking kick to the body. Gracie takes a step back to recover.

It looks like Lotus Gracie has been cut.
Billy Bulge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lotus Gracie.
Gracie moves forwards but Bulge connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Gracie on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Gracie takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

and Bulge counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Bulge counters with a thumping low kick.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Gracie doesn't succeed with the takedown
enabling Bulge to counter with a crisp jab.
Bulge fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gracie has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Lotus Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
